I am David Setton, an entrepreneur dedicated to helping people build a winning mindset, embrace continuous learning, and unlock their fullest potential. I believe in the power of building good habits, transparency, and connecting with people. This was honed over 15 years of managing complex real estate deals and running my own business in Vancouver. Beyond my work, I am a proud father to an 18 year old daughter and love spending my free time exploring trail runs with my Hungarian Vizsla, Millie. I am also deeply passionate about technology, smart systems, and great movies. I love connecting with others and sharing practical insights to help people thrive.

Behind my MBA and background in environmental engineering, I’m a proud mom with equal parts financial nerd and community advocate. I genuinely love dissecting complex problems to find practical solutions, diving into continuous learning, and connecting local business owners with people who need their expertise.
Outside of work, you can usually find me studying for my CFP® running local trails, catching a great movie, or exploring the outdoors with my family and our beloved Hungarian Vizsla.
